Bill-and-Pack

Type in your customer's name and address, click on the product purchased, add the quantity and print out your shipping documents and bookkeeping record. EXCEL format only. It makes invoicing, packing, labeling and shipping your orders much easier.

Set-up is easy. You only have to enter these once:
- Company name and address.
- Local tax rate.
- Product Line database. (up to 300 items)
- Any notes you would like on your billing.
When you get an order:
- Type in your customer's name and address.
- Use a pop-up menu to select your products.
- Add quantity sold.
- Indicate method of payment.
That is all there is to it, now just:
- Print out your PACKING LIST/SHIPPING LABEL
  - Fold in thirds, then in half.
  - Insert in shipping envelope.
  - Remove adhesive liner.
  - Apply to carton.
- Print out your SALES RECORD
