As you've noticed, we've undergone a HUGE transformation. The Soapies site of the past is no more!

With the addition of new products in the last year, the old site with the old navigation system was just too cumbersome and slow, resulting in a site that was hard for some to navigate. There were also a myriad of features missing from our shopping cart. So, after much discussion and input from many of our customers, we decided to make the leap to what you see now.

Our new site is easier to navigate and understand and has many new features that were missing on the old Soapies site. These include a real-time database driven Wish List for registered customers, real-time Gift Certificates, more functional account information, and more! To help you with the changes and make your visit here as pleasant as possible, we've listed a few friendly tips and hints on making your shopping experience a truly great one!

I can't login. What happened to my account? I was registered on the old site?!
We were able to transfer the majority of the customer accounts from our previous cart. If you are unable to login, you can retrieve your login information via the Password Recovery page. Enter the email address you have registered with and your login information will be sent to you right away.

We know you'll like the new account features available to you now! Your account in the new store has order history search and other features previously unavailable. In addition, this new account has Wish List capability!

Ok, what is this wishlist thing?
We're SO excited about this! You can now add any product we sell to a "wish list" that you can save for later ordering. OR you can send the entire list to anyone you specify in the hopes that they might purchase something from it for you! You can read more information on this fabulous feature in our Wish List FAQ's.

So, how do I use the new site? I'm having a hard time finding products.
It should be much easier to find products now. Everything is set under categories. For example, if you'll look to the right you'll see our INGREDIENTS category. Anything we carry that is an ingredient will be listed under there. Looking for oils? Click on OILS. Looking for materials like milk powders, grains, and the like? Check out RAW MATERIALS.

There are several ways to find products and shop.

Shop by Main Category: if you click on Accessories, Ingredients, Packaging, or Soap Molds, you'll see all the subcategories listed under each of the main categories. Next to each subcategory is the number of products contained within that subcategory. Just click on the subcategory name and voila! The products listed there will load.

Shop by Category Listing: If you'd rather get right to the shopping, you can click on the category names located under each of our 4 main categories. Looking for jojoba spheres? Just click on that link.

Shop by Search: If you want to search for products that you can't find, or you'd like to search by price or etc, just click the SEARCH link up in our menu bar. Enter your search terms in the resulting page and the products matching your search will appear.

Shop by Product List: We have an updated version of our Printable Price List. In the upper menu bar click on "List All Products" and everything we carry will load in a no-frills page. From there you can order quickly and see at a glance what we carry.

We hope that you'll agree that our new and improved site is fun and easier to use and is AS enjoyable, if not MORE , then the old one!
