Reconstitution Rate - 8:1 - Water to Buttermilk Powder
By weight: 8 ounce Water to 1 ounce Buttermilk

You can go as high as 4:1 if you like but you do run the risk of it scorching ;o(

The best way to use milk powders is to reconstitute them and pour into a freezer bag. Seal the bag closed and then lay it flat on your freezer shelf. Crush it into small pieces after it is frozen and use them (by weight) in place of all or part of your liquid in your CP recipe - Call if you have questions - 480.442.4011
