Hi Kelley,
I LOVE it!! I have been using the straight metal cutters with a miter box for ages. I just got this product and had a loaf of soap that was to soft to cut with the metal straight cutter and I needed to cut this one thicker than I normally would. I did not even read the directions I was so excited and I cut through 15 inches of soap in 5 minutes. My first cut was not exactly straight, but the rest was like cutting butter and the sides were very straight and very smooth. Thanks for the product!
