The BILL-AND-PACKTM spreadsheet is designed to save you time by helping you quickly prepare a packing list/shipping label. It will also allow you to print out a hard copy of your sale for your bookkeeping records. These screenshots show you how easy and fast this can be. Complete instructions come with every spreadsheet.When you first get your BILL-AND-PACKTM spreadsheet you enter your company's name, address and local tax rate. Next you may add up to three lines of company information that will be printed on every packing list/shipping label.
Now you can enter your entire product line, the selling price and your cost. You have room to enter 150 items. Important product notes can be entered in the green area. That is all there is in the set-up section.
