Minimum Order

We do not have a minimum order as we appreciate all orders equally. Tax will be charged to all Arizona orders unless a current State of Arizona Resale Tax ID Number is furnished and we have a copy of your Certificate in our files. In order for you to place orders as Tax Exempt, you must first Register as a customer in our cart area, then email or mail us a copy of your current State of Arizona Resale License. After we have received a copy of your current State of Arizona Resale License, we will automate your account to be Tax Exempt. We will not reverse any tax applied to orders before we receive the required information listed above.

Order Cancellations

Due to numerous cancellations and/or order changes at the last minute....We are now invoking an Order Cancellation/Change Policy as follows. Any order that is Cancelled/Changed within one (1) hour of Order Date/Time will be free of any Payment Processing Cancellation Fee and/or Cancellation/Restocking Fee. Any order Cancelled/Changed after the one (1) hour timeframe will be assessed a Payment Processing Cancellation Fee of 5% of the total of your order. Additionally, if your order has entered the Packing/Shipping Phase, you will be assessed a Cancellation/Restocking Fee of $10 or 20% (as well as the Payment Processing Cancellation Fee), whichever is greater. Please make sure of what you are ordering as it very time-consuming to track/unpack an order after entering the Packing/Shipping Phase. Soapies will only make refunds via Store Credit, Company Check or PayPal (if PayPal was for initial form of payment). Refunds will be issued within seven (7) business days.

Shipping

We offer several options for shipping...Including International and Local Pick-Up. Our cart cannot calculate the size of box or number of boxes need to accommodate your order and you, therefore, may incur higher shipping fees....but we will not know that until the order is pulled and packed. Cancelling due to higher shipping fees will still result Soapies initiating our Order Cancellation Policies (see above). International orders (excluding orders with Fragrance, Essential Oils and/or Wood Molds/Cutter) will have their shipping quoted in the cart. International orders including the above mentioned non-shippable items will not be allowed to proceed to Check-Out. You will have to delete the non-shippable items in order to continue with the Check-Out process** See more info below under INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

NOTE: You are welcome to have your orders of Fragrance and/or Essential Oils shipped to a Freight Forwarder of your choice from our location.

When choosing a shipping method offered by Fed Ex, please make sure you choose the appropriate method as to not incur additional fees. Fed Ex Ground is for Commercial Address Locations only and we must have the name of the business and its business phone number for that shipping location. If your order is being shipped to your Residence or your Home-Based business in your Residence, you MUST choose Fed Ex Ground-Home Delivery. If you choose the Commercial option of Fed Ex Ground and you are actually shipping to a Residential Address, you will be charged a fee of $10…No Exceptions.

Soapies allows customers to pick-up their orders on specified days. We have 4 Customer Pick-Up options in the Shipping Section for you to choose from. If you are coming from out of town, please call to make special arrangements with us. Customer Pick-Up Options: Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat mornings at 8am.

NOTE: Please be prompt as we only allow a One Hour Pick-Up Window.

USPS orders (Priority Mail and Parcel Post) will always have insurance included....No Exceptions. Soapies Supplies is now Self-Insuring our USPS shipments (USA orders only)at the same rate offered by USPS. If the cart over-calculates the shipping charges for Parcel Post or Priority Mail, we will offer a Store Credit only. We will only offer credits on Parcel Post or Priority Mail orders when the credit is over one (1) dollar. If the cart under-calculates your shipping charges for your chosen method (all shipping methods), you will be billed the correct Shipping Charges.

If you fail to choose a shipping method (cart default is Customer Pick-Up) and you are out-of-state, Soapies will automatically choose Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex Home Delivery for you along with a $1 Shipping Research/Adjustment Fee and bill your account accordingly. Our cart is now integrated with a new shipping module to detect orders with Fragrance and/or Essential Oils. It will only offer you Ground shipping via Fed Ex. We do not offer USPS or International shipping on any order having Fragrance or Essential Oils.

Due to the strict regulations for shipping Fragrance and Essential Oils via Air and the safety of all involved...Soapies will only ship our Fragrance and Essential Oils via Fed Ex Ground/Fed Ex Ground-Home Delivery within the Continental USA and never outside the USA.

You will not always receive your order in a new box but it will be a reliable recycled box at times.....Soapies is a huge believer in RECYCLING! Ask how you can help Soapies Recycle and earn 5% Off your next order each time you do!

International Shipping

We do ship internationally utilizing Fed Ex and USPS International Mail. Due to recent fraudulent activity, we will no longer ship to anyone or any other address but the Bill To party. We will make an exception to this provided you complete a Credit Card Authorization Form which we will complete and email to you, and submit it along with a copy of your credit card and national ID for verification purposes. Please do not ask us to declare your merchandise as Used Goods, Gifts or Samples. We are required to include commercial invoices on all shipments and we do so without exception.

We add a $5.00 handling charge to international orders to cover the additional documentation and time needed to complete these orders. Our shopping cart is set up to properly calculate international shipping rates (and the international handling charge is already included). We check calculated charges against actual shipping and will adjust your invoice as necessary and advise you accordingly. International shipments must clear customs in their destination countries.

The buyer is responsible for customs duties and fees. Soapies does not Self-Insure International orders. The buyer is responsible for insuring their order and documenting any damage/loss with their local Postal Service. Once this is done, the buyer will need to send Soapies all of the documentation (photos of interior and exterior of box(es) and any Claims Forms they have submitted in their country). Once this has been done and received by Soapies, Soapies will file a local claim to be matched with the Buyers Claim. Soapies is not responsible or liable if your claim is denied for any reason. Please note, we're advised Fed Ex charges for customs clearance are substantially higher than shipments sent via international mail. Choose your shipping method with this in mind (and contact Fed Ex in your country for estimates of import fees). **Please read our Policies above titled Shipping for more general shipping information.

Shipping Lead Times

Most orders ship within two (2) business days but as our business has grown considerably over the past few months...orders can take between 48 and 72 business hours (we are closed weekends and holidays) to ship after payment has been received. If by chance, we are out of stock on an item(s) we will email or call you immediately to let you know when you may expect your order to ship.

Shipping times are estimates from the specific Carriers and we cannot control if they take longer to deliver than what they say.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice…Although we strive to keep our prices as low as possible.

Payment Options

Currently, we are able to accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and Pay-Pal. We do not accept COD orders.

Soapies Supplies will no longer accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks or Personal Checks (unless local) effective August 1, 2003.

Returned Checks

There is a $25 surcharge applicable to any and all first-time Returned Checks. If you issue a check that is returned by the bank, no other checks will be accepted on future orders.

Backorders

If you have ordered an item that is currently not in stock, you will be notified. We no longer accept backorders unless you are willing to have us hold the entire order until the backordered item arrives. If you cannot wait for the entire order, we will remove the backordered items and adjust the Invoice accordingly. If you paid via PayPal, we will refund via PayPal. If you paid via a Credit Card, we will notify you right away via email and void the CC payment then re-process the CC payment manually. If we do not hear from you before 10pm on the day of the order, we will then issue a Store Credit via a Gift Certificate for the Out-of-Stock item. Always submit your telephone number when placing an order.

Return/Problem

All returns must be requested within 4 days from receipt of goods. Unless we are at fault in filling your order, all returned merchandise is subject to a 20% Restocking Fee or $10, whichever is greater. We do not refund shipping costs. All returned merchandise must be in unopened, original packaging and in resalable condition to receive a refund. We do not accept returns on essential oils, fragrance oils or flavor oils, due to the fact that we cannot guarantee purity once those items leave our facility and we cannot resell them to anyone else.

We recommend that you open your order as soon as it arrives. If you find a problem with your order, you must contact us within 4 days of receipt of your order so that we can research the problem for you.

Damage Claims

If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If an order is damaged only internally, please notify us within two (2) days of receipt of order to place a claim. All boxes, packaging materials, and product must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim. There is a very high possibility that the shipping carrier will need to inspect the damaged order.
